Do I need to get approval before painting my house, doing any landscaping, building a new shed... or any exterior changes to my property? 

Yes... Homeowners are required to complete an "Architectural Control Improvement Request" form and get approval before any of these changes. Please review the example of the ACC form by CLICKING HERE   Also,  a quick review of our "Documents Page" may be of help when considering property changes.

How often (and when) are HOA assessments sent to homeowners? 

Homeowner HOA fees are assessed biannually (January 1st and July 1st) and we strive to send statements via mail two weeks prior to these dates.  Our management company handles this process and they can be reached at ... 

What is the official cedar "Fence Stain" color for the exterior facing property fences?

If you are considering staining your fence, we have approved the use of one product ... Behr Premium Solid Color "Wood Chip SC 111" available at Home Depot. The HOA will reimburse you with a tiered financial incentive from $40 to $100...depending on how many linear feet you have that face the street.

How do I contact a member of the board for either neighborhood questions or to report a newsworthy event? 

The members of the Board Of Directors donate their time when representing the homeowners. Even though it is typically not a very intensive responsibility we try to funnel most communication through our official email address. However, we are more than willing to accept a phone call or TEXT message if the situation requires an immediate response.
