The HOA Bylaws ... are important for any active and concerned Homeowners Association. They describe how the Association is run, set out voting rights and procedures, and contain rules for such things as how to call a meeting and how often meetings must be held. Architectural Control Improvement Request ... As a member of the Water's Edge At Quincy Lakes HOA, you are required to comply with the covenants, conditions, and restrictions (CC&Rs), as outlined in your copy of the By-Laws. We have official guidelines and requirements before homeowners can make a change to their property. This typically applies to visible home exteriors and landscaping changes, such as changing your exterior paint color, fence repair/staining, yard replanting/design, elevation changes, and anything relative to a curb view of your property. Homeowners are required to complete an "Architectural Control Improvement Request" form and get approval prior to any of these changes. This document is referred to as an ACC form. CLICK HERE Once the homeowner has completed the ACC document with the home/property changes, complete with project details and their signature...they can email a digital copy for approval or make arrangements to hand deliver a copy to a Board Of Directors (BOD) member.
